The hostel
Hostal el Mercat offers accommodation in comfortable and simple rooms in the centre of Villajoyosa.
There are several options to choose from depending on your needs. We have rooms for 1 or 2 people, for 3 people and for up to 4 people.
We also have extra beds and cots for those travelling with children.

ROOMS
Hostal El Mercat has recently undergone a complete renovation. We now have 32 rooms and 3 flats fully equipped with kitchen and living room. Each room has a renovated private bathroom with new toilets, showers and screens, as well as television, air conditioning/heating and free Wi-Fi connection.
We also provide our guests with a dining area with self-service breakfast. This space can also be used by guests to prepare their own meals, as it is equipped with a microwave. In addition, we offer self-service vending machines with juices, coffees and water available throughout the day for an affordable price.
Our friendly and attentive reception staff speaks English, French and Spanish.
In addition, to maintain a healthy and positive atmosphere, we have implemented a no-smoking policy in all areas of the hostel, including the rooms.
For animal lovers, we allow pets up to 10 kg for a small supplement, as long as they are not left alone in the room.
